complaints officer, listening to both sides in what can sometimes be a difficult situation in order to reach a mutually satisfactory solution. to act as a bridge between the patient and the practice

How can you tell from your work that it really suits you?

to be able to give a human touch to that sometimes difficult situation and to arrive at a satisfactory solution. That gives energy and a sense of fulfilment.
