The Dutch Association of Podotherapists
The Dutch Association of Podiatrists (NVvP) plays an important role in the development of the podiatry profession. The professional association draws up guidelines and agreements to ensure high-quality podiatry care. We follow these guidelines in our practice. This ensures that our treatments are safe and transparent, and that our care is in line with the latest insights.

Engagement at Rondom
Our podiatrists actively take part in training courses, meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives organised by the NVvP. This enables us to continue developing our skills and ensures that our knowledge remains up to date.
For our part, we share practical experiences and keep pace with developments within the profession. This creates a strong link between what happens in practice and what is being developed at national level.
In addition, the NVvP contributes to the standing of podiatry within the healthcare sector. This helps to ensure that healthcare remains accessible and is well organised. Rondom’s commitment is also evident from the role we play within the association. Our Managing Director, Ellen Nuijten, is an honorary member of the NVvP. This is in recognition of her dedication and contribution to the development of podiatry in the Netherlands.
