What is occupational therapy?

When should you see an occupational therapist?
Sometimes symptoms are clearly present, but you may also notice that daily activities take more energy or come more naturally than before. An occupational therapist looks not only at the problem itself, but above all at what you need to continue doing the things that are important to you.
